Once upon a time, Urz lost a fight in the varren pit and died.

I cried legit tears as I reloaded my latest save.

He never dies, he just gets wounded and you can find the poor baby in the krogan medical area on one of the beds being pathetic. When you click on him most of your squadmates wonder out loud what kind of mean person would allow this to happen to him. He’s completely healed up when you come back to Tuchanka for any reason and ready to fight again.
